You must email customersvc@jewelry4christians.com and notify us if you plan on making an exchange or a return. We allow returns on unworn T-Shirts and jewelry for any reason within 30-days of your purchase. We will either exchange the item for a different one or refund your credit card (less the shipping). Please include the original invoice and instruction on how you want us to handle the return. Any jewelry or shirts that show signs of wear will NOT be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, you will need to purchase the return shipping for the exchanged item, located on our site. Once we receive your e-mail, the item (with instructions) and the exchange shipping we will then send out your the new product. We recommend printing out our ring sizer before purchasing any rings so that you do not run into problems with the size.
